Terms and Conditions
- Release orders from accredited advertising agencies / media buying houses are accepted with prescribed commercial airtime rates.
- Release orders from non accredited agencies are accepted after prior mutual agreement on payment terms & conditions.
- Commercial airtime placed by individuals / companies / organizations / NGO’s not registered with any advertising agency will only be aired after receiving advance cheque / pay order.
- Rates are fixed inclusive of Agency Commission and are exclusive of GST / other taxes.
- All payments to be made in the name of “Infotainment World (Pvt) Limited”.
- Hot FM 105 reserve the right to make suitable changes in its regular transmission across the network without any prior information.
- Audio commercial spot with Release Order / Schedule to be provided at least one day prior to airing.
- These rates are fixed and are effective from Jan 01, 2016 & valid till Dec 31, 2016 only.
